工具

search_pubmed_key_words

功能：通过关键词在PubMed数据库中搜索相关文献

参数：

  • key_words (必需)：搜索关键词字符串
  • num_results (可选，默认10)：返回结果数量，整数类型

search_pubmed_advanced

功能：提供更精细的搜索条件在PubMed中查找文献

参数：

  • term (可选)：搜索术语
  • title (可选)：文章标题关键词
  • author (可选)：作者姓名
  • journal (可选)：期刊名称
  • start_date (可选)：开始日期
  • end_date (可选)：结束日期

get_pubmed_article_metadata

功能：根据PMID获取PubMed文章的详细元数据信息

参数：

  • pmid (必需)：PubMed文章ID，可以是字符串或整数类型

download_pubmed_pdf

功能：下载PubMed文章的PDF文件

参数：
